Tickets for the Kyōto YouMe Triennale, Edition Zero, are now on sale. A single ticket admits you to both the Shōsei-en Garden venue and the Jūshin Kaikan venue. Please present your ticket at the reception desk of each venue.

A guided tour and workshop led by the Triennale's curators. The ¥5,000 set ticket combines the ¥2,000 programme fee with the combined venue ticket (general, ¥3,500) – a saving of ¥500 on buying them separately.

*Places are limited and advance registration is required.

For garden viewing only, admission is ¥700.
This does not include entry to the exhibition venues.

A student ID must be presented to enter at the student or junior/senior high school rate.

Please present a disability certificate to receive the disability discount.

Same-day tickets can be purchased with cash at the Jūshin Kaikan reception only. At Shōsei-en, tickets must be purchased and paid for online. If you plan to start your visit at Shōsei-en, we recommend buying your ticket online in advance.

Using your ticket

Each ticket is valid for one person.

The ticket admits you to each of the two venues, Shōsei-en and Jūshin Kaikan. [Re-entry allowed on the same day only]

If you bought online, please show your purchase screen (QR code) at reception.

Opening hours and closed days vary by venue; please check the official website.

Accessibility

The Triennale is designed to hold difference, and to build across it — between cultures, between languages.

Japanese Sign Language interpretation is available for every event during the festival. Advance registration required. (Please contact us one to two weeks before the event you wish to attend.)

Audio guides are available. Please speak to a member of staff if you need support moving around a venue.

Writing boards, translation tools and wheelchair wheel covers are available at each venue.

At some venues, the structure of the building makes wheelchair access difficult. Our support team can assist, so please contact us in advance if you would like to visit.

No cancellations, refunds or reissues.

Resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited.

Talks, performances and workshops with limited capacity may require a separate ticket or advance registration.

Venues may close in the event of severe weather or other emergencies; no refunds will be issued in such cases.
