YouMe Open is a satellite exhibition programme held at venues across Kyoto during Kyōto YouMe Triennale Manifest Edition. Selected through an open call, artists, designers, craftspeople, and collectives from Japan and abroad present exhibitions and workshops in galleries, workshops, shops, and other spaces around the city.

Working across craft, material, scent, light, film, the body, and more, each practice asks how inherited techniques and cultures might be reimagined within contemporary life and society. Visitors are invited to discover them while walking through the city.

Admission to all venues is free. Opening days and hours vary by venue; please check the details for each exhibition.
